This is an unpaid, volunteer Board position. Applications are being accepted for Boone County Conservation Board Member, position is a five-year term, must reside in Boone County, Successful candidates should possess:

  • Interest in helping make our county parks a better place for everyone
  • Not hesitant to accept responsibilities
  • Be willing to make commitment of time (more than monthly board meetings) willing to attend trainings
  • Ability to deal effectively with the public and other boards and commissions
