Boone County is currently accepting quotes for the 2024 Filter Pricing.
If interested in putting in a bid, please prepare a quote using the form “2024 Filter Bid Listing” in the link below and return it to the Boone County Engineer’s Office, 201 State Street, Boone, IA 50036 or email to boonecountyengr@boonecounty.iowa.gov by 9:00 a.m., December 20th, 2023. Bids will be opened that same day at 9:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers.
Filters shall be or equivalent to AC, WIX, NAPA, CAT, Hastings or Carquest brands. The prices quoted shall not include state or federal taxes and shall not be subject to increases during the contract period, however, should there be a reduction in the price, the same shall be extended to Boone County.
The contract shall be an open-ended contract. The contract period shall be from January 2, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
Boone County reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time during the contract period when it is deemed in the best interest of Boone County.
