Our office is generally open to the public to come and do searches. Our friendly staff is here to help guide you in your search for the records you desire.
To do a search, regarding land transfers, you will need the following information:
1. Names: who sold & who bought, if possible
3. Legal Description
4. Type of Document
5. Book and Page or Document Number
If you need copies, the cost is .50 cents a page. We do need payment before the records can be mailed out to you.
We do not certify searches. If you need your searches certified, Contact an Abstractor to do the searches for you.
