*Please note: In Iowa, property assessment protests to the local Board of Review (BOR) must be filed between April 2 and April 30 (or by June 5 in declared disaster cases). Untimely, late-filed protests are generally not accepted, acted upon, or extended, as these deadlines are strictly statutory.
