First Half of Property Taxes are Due

The first half of property taxes are due by September 30th, penalty starts October 1st. Envelopes must be postmarked by the due date to avoid any penalties. Please call (515) 433-0510 with questions regarding any penalty. New statements are sent in August, you will only receive one statement for the year. To request another copy of your statement please stop by our office or contact us via phone or email.
